I have spent the last hour trying to put this flipping wire dog crate together. It arrived dismantled in a large narrow box. It's compact with 5 layers of thick wire and a plastic tray on the bottom. Guess where they out the instructions? In the plastic tray under the 5 layers of wire sides. I fished it out and read the shredded instructions. It says to lift one layer then unfold the others and assemble. Easy peasy. It neglects to mention each wire wall has clips all over. The clips don't simply unsnap. I had to use heavy pliers and wrestle them open. It still won't open up. If I didn't desperately need this for my son's spoiled, untrained German Shepherd, I'd return the dang crate.
